These Terms & Conditions govern the relationship between bet.pk and every player who accesses or uses the platform. By creating an account, you agree to be bound by these terms in their entirety. Please read them carefully before registering.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and bet.pk ("bet.pk," "we," "us," "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the bet.pk online gaming platform available at betpk.bio and any associated mobile or web applications.

bet.pk reserves the right to request proof of identity, age, and address at any time. Accounts found to be in violation of eligibility requirements will be suspended pending investigation, and any winnings obtained while ineligible may be voided and forfeited in accordance with PAGCOR guidelines.
Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) active bet.pk account only. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, different email addresses, or different mobile numbers — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances and pending withdrawals across all accounts.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number or email address, and any other information requested for KYC (Know Your Customer) purposes. You agree to maintain the accuracy of this information and to update it promptly if it changes.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. bet.pk will never ask you for your password through any channel including live chat, email, or SMS. Any activity conducted through your account — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is your sole responsibility unless you have notified us of unauthorized access.
Identity verification (KYC) is required before bet.pk will process withdrawals above specified thresholds. Required documents include a valid Philippine government-issued photo ID confirming your name and date of birth. Acceptable documents include a Philippine passport, PhilSys National ID, UMID, SSS ID, driver's license, or PRC license.
bet.pk accepts deposits through the following methods: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Coins.ph, USDT TRC20, and 7-Eleven Cliqq. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotion.
All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Depositing funds from third-party accounts — including those of family members, friends, or any other parties — is strictly prohibited. bet.pk reserves the right to hold, return, or forfeit deposits identified as originating from third-party sources.
Deposits via GCash and Maya are credited to your bet.pk balance instantly under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer deposits (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank) are credited within the timeframe specified in the Cashier section, which may vary depending on the bank's processing schedule.
bet.pk does not charge a platform fee on standard deposits. However, third-party fees imposed by your payment provider or bank are your responsibility and are not reimbursed by bet.pk.
All transactions on bet.pk are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP/₱). USDT TRC20 deposits are converted to PHP at the exchange rate applied at the time of deposit as specified in the Cashier section.
Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by verified account holders. A verified account is one where KYC documentation has been reviewed and approved by bet.pk's compliance team. You are strongly encouraged to complete KYC verification immediately after registration to avoid any delay when you first wish to withdraw.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the qualifying deposit wherever possible. Where this is not possible, alternative methods may be arranged through the support team subject to additional verification.
The name on the withdrawal destination account (GCash, bank account, etc.) must exactly match the name on your bet.pk account and verified ID. Mismatches will result in the withdrawal being held pending resolution.

Bank transfers (BDO, BPI, Metrobank, UnionBank) are typically processed within 2–4 business banking hours. Cryptocurrency (USDT TRC20) withdrawals are subject to network confirmation times.
bet.pk reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests above certain thresholds, including requesting source-of-funds documentation in compliance with Philippine AML regulations. This may extend processing times for affected requests.

In such cases, the original bet stake is returned to your account balance.
Winnings from all games are credited to your bet.pk balance in real time upon the game outcome being determined. For sports betting, winnings are credited upon official settlement of the event.
Maximum bet limits and maximum payout limits apply per game, per event, and per day. These limits are specified within each game or bet market. bet.pk reserves the right to adjust individual account bet limits at its discretion where betting patterns suggest professional gambling activity, arbitrage, or other conduct inconsistent with recreational play.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal recreational purposes only. This licence does not grant any right to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from any bet.pk content.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, bet.pk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings due to technical failure, loss of data, or unauthorized account access resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
The Platform is provided on an "as available" basis. While bet.pk makes every reasonable effort to ensure uninterrupted service, we do not warrant that the Platform will be free of errors, interruptions, or downtime. Scheduled maintenance is communicated in advance where operationally feasible.
bet.pk's total aggregate liability to any individual player for any claim shall not exceed the value of the balance held in that player's account at the time the claim arose, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct on bet.pk's part.
bet.pk reserves the right to suspend or close any account, and to withhold associated funds pending investigation, in circumstances including but not limited to:
Where an account is closed due to a breach by the player, bet.pk may forfeit any promotional balances, bonus funds, and winnings derived from bonus play. Real deposited funds not derived from bonuses will be returned to the player subject to completed KYC and AML checks.
Players wishing to voluntarily close their account in good standing may contact the support team. All verified pending withdrawals will be processed before closure is finalized.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
In the event of a dispute, the player agrees to first attempt resolution through bet.pk's customer support team. If the matter is not resolved to the player's satisfaction at the support level, it may be escalated to bet.pk's designated compliance officer. If still unresolved, disputes may be submitted to PAGCOR's dispute resolution process as the regulatory authority overseeing bet.pk's operations.
The parties agree that the courts of the Philippines shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute not resolved through the processes described above.
bet.pk reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, bet.pk will notify registered players via the email address or mobile number on their account, and/or by posting a prominent notice on the Platform, with a minimum of seven (7) days' advance notice before the amended Terms take effect — except where changes are required by regulatory instruction, in which case they may take effect immediately.
Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.
